Steps:
- Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add water, ketchup and onion powder; mix well. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
- Stir in macaroni; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add VELVEETA; cook 3 to 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
