Steps:
- in a medium saucepan sautee shallots and garlic in butter until soft. Add flour, andstir 1 minute. Stir in wine, cook another minute. Slowly add cream, mixing until smooth. Add cheese, and cook over medium heat until smooth and thickened. Add basil, mix well and pour atop hot cooked tortellini. Mix in grilled chicken.
