Steps:
- Cut ends off zucchini. Cook whole in boiling water 12 min or until barely tender. Cut lengthwise and scoop out pulp. Drain inverted on paper towels. Combine eggs, cheeses, parsley, onion, salt and pepper. Fill shells. Place in greased 10 x 15 pan, sprinKle with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Can add basil and garlic.
