these cookies are moist and very good. everyone in the family loves them.

1 cup(s) flax seed meal/flour
1 cup(s) all purpose flour
1 cup(s) oatmeal, uncooked
1/3 cup(s) butter
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
1 - egg
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1/2 cup(s) milk
1 cup(s) chocolate chips

Steps:

  • mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla together
  • add rest of ingredients and mix.
  • place by spoon full on ungreased pan and cook at 375 degrees for 10 minutes
