Steps:
- Slice bread and lightly toast each half in a 350 oven.
- Mix cream cheese with dry ranch dressing mix.
- Remove bread from oven and spread each half with cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle peppers on top of cream cheese.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over peppers.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted in a 350 oven.
- Slice and serve.
