Cheddar Cheese Frittata image

Of course, you can add any kind of cheese you like, as well as any cooked breakfast meats or cooked vegetables. I personally like to add some bacon bits and a few canned (and drained) mushrooms to my frittata. =^..^=

6 large eggs
1 c milk
1 Tbsp melted butter or margarine
1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
1/8 tsp pepper, or to taste
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a deep-dish 10" pie dish with cooking spray.
  • 2. Beat the eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper together with a wire whisk.
  • 3. Pour into the prepared pie dish. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
  • 4. Bake at 400 degrees F. for about 20 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the dish is cooked through. Serve hot.
