Cheaters Sticky Chicken image

I whipped this up today and the family loved it. I served it with boil in bag rice and green beans. Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 5

6 - pieces of chicken breast
1 cup(s) teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
3 tablespoon(s) lite soy sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325. Spray baking dish with cooking spray, add chicken in a sigle layer and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl combine teriyaki sauce, oil, garlic and soy sauce and pour over chicken.
  • Baste chicken with sauce every 15 minutes. Allow dish to cool so sauce will thicken.
