CECIL'S FUDGE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

5 cups sugar
dash of salt
1/4 lb. butter
1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 pt. marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
pecans

Steps:

  • Bring sugar, salt, butter, and evaporated milk to a rapid boil and boil for 5 min. in heavy pan stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla. After blending, add a generous portion of pecans. Pour into a buttered oblong cake pan. Cool completely before cutting into squares. Makes about 5 lbs. fudge.
