Number Of Ingredients 9

1 pound(s) sweet italian sausage (ground)
1 medium onion
1 - jar prego spaghetti sauce
8 ounce(s) rotini noodles
8 ounce(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
8 ounce(s) pepperoni slices
- parmesan cheese
2 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
1 teaspoon(s) pepper

Steps:

  • Brown sausage with onion, garlic and pepper.Drain grease add spaghetti sauce and let simmer.
  • Bring two quarts water with one tablespoon salt to a rolling boil.add rotini noodles and cook as directed on package.When done drain and layer into a greased 11/2 quart oven proof dish.Layer as follows,1/2 noodles,1/2 meat sauce,1/2 pepperoni,and half mozzarella cheese.repeat layers.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.Great served with toasted bread and Italian butter.
