This is a recipe I received at a Weight Watcher meeting several years ago. It's a great side dish to any meal and very low in points (however, I think they track differently now).

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking pan with spray or use a silpat liner.
- 2. Cut cauliflower florets into bite sized pieces; place in a bowl. Mix cumin, chilli powder, salt, pepper and ground ginger with olive oil. Pour over florets and toss to coat.
- 3. Spread evenly onto baking sheet. Cook until tender but not mushy.
