Carrot /Pea Salad image

1 big carrot (chopped )
1/2 cup green peas (shelled )
1/2 big onion (chopped )
1/2 green chili
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 lemon, juice of
2 teaspoons coriander

Steps:

  • Boil the carrots and peas with water on medium / low heat for about 3 minutes or till they are cooked but firm. Cool.
  • Now add the chopped onions, chillies, mint leaves, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander.
