Steps:
- Place ginger in a juice extractor; process, extracting all juice; transfer to a pitcher.
- Place carrots in extractor, and process, extracting all juice; transfer to pitcher.
- Add lemon juice and flaxseed oil. Stir; pour into two glasses. Add ice if desired; serve.
