CARNITAS MARINADE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 small onion, peeled and halved
3 strips orange zest plus 1/2 c. juice
3 strips lime zest plus 2 TBSP juice
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 TBSP ground cumin
1 TBSP dried oregano
2 bay leaves

Steps:

  • Combine above ingredients with pork in slow cooker with 2 1/2 tsp salt. Cover and cook
