Carla's Buttermilk Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 Pie Crust
1-1/3 cups Sugar
3 tablespoons Flour
1-1/3 sticks Butter
4 tablespoons Water
2/3 cup Buttermilk
2/3 teaspoon Lemon Juice

Steps:

  • Whisk the sugar and flour into the melted butter and then whisk in the eggs.
  • Add the liquid ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour filling into the unbaked pie shell and place on a cookie sheet in a 350-degree oven.
