2 (8-ounce) packages softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 (4-ounce) packages Buddig corned beef, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
Pinch of pepper

Steps:

  • Stir together the softened cream cheese and the mayonnaise. Add the chopped corn beef, chopped onion and pepper. Mix all together and serve with crackers.
