Steps:
- Combine sweet potatoes,beans,broth,onions,jerk seasoning,,thyme salt and cinnamon .
- Cover and cook on LOW HEAT about 5 hours,until veggies are tender.
- Adjust seasonings;SPRINKLE WITH ALMONDS[toasted] TOAST ALMONDS:spread in a single layer in a heavy-bottomed skillet,cook over medium heat 1-2 minutes,stirring FREQUENTLY ,until the nuts are lightly browned.REMOVE FROM SKILLET IMMEDIATELY.COOL before using.
- Serve with hot sauce if desired
