2-1/2 CUPS biscuit mix/baking mix
2 TBSP sugar
1 CUP beer or /nonalcoholic beer
3 TBSP butter, melted
1/2 tsp caraway seed
2 eggs

Steps:

  • 1. IN A LARGE BOWL,COMBINE.BISCUIT MIX,SUGAR,CARAWAY SEED.IN A SMALL BOWL,WHISK EGGS,BEER,BUTTER UNTIL SMOOTH.STIR INTO DRY INGREDIENTS JUST UNTIL MOISTENED.
  • 2. POUR INTO A GREASED ( 9-IN.x 5-IN.x 3-IN )LOAF PAN.BAKE AT 350'F FOR 40 TO 45 MIN OR UNTIL A TOOTHPICK INSERTED NEAR THE CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL FOR 10 MIN BEFORE REMOVING TO A WIRE RACK!!!
