Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cover and refrigerate the remaining caramel sauce. 6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and remove strata from the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before baking. 7. Bake uncovered for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. 8. In a small microwave-safe dish, microwave reserved sauce, uncovered, for 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Drizzle over strata.
