Number Of Ingredients 8

4 can(s) white tuna in water
3 stalk(s) celery stalk chopped
1/4 small onions, vidalia, peeled and diced
1 pinch(es) salt and pepper
1 tablespoon(s) mustard
4 large hard boiled eggs diced
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise, light
1/2 cup(s) pine nuts

Steps:

  • Drain water from tuna. In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients. Stir with a large spoon until everything is mixed well. You can add more of any of the above to please your personal taste. Some even like grapes and peanuts in it. I prefer the basic.
  • Let it sit for a while in the frig. I seem to think it always taste better the day after. Flavors have a chance to blend. Toast some bread and have a bowl of tomato soup handy. It is great cold on a hot day right out of the frig.
