Steps:
- Mix the cake mix, oil, and eggs together with a fork - will form a ball. Pat half of this into an ungreased 9x13 cake pan. Melt together the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Pour over the layer in the cake pan. Drop the rest of the dough in small pieces evenly on top. Bake at 350 about 20 minutes Will be moist even if you slightly overcook. When completely cooled they are easy to cut.
