Steps:
- Stir soup, milk, soy sauce, black pepper, beans and 1 1/3 cups onions in a 3 quart casserole.
- Bake at 350 deg. F. for 25 minute or until hot. Stir.
- Top with remaining onions.
- Bake for 5 minute more.
- (Opt.) - Toast 1/2 cup sliced almonds. Add with remaining onions.
- (Opt.) - Cook 4 slices bacon until crisp and crumble. Add to green bean mixture.
