Campbell's Chicken scampi and rice bake image

here is another great budget friendly recipe from my campbell's cook book

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can(s) (103/4 oz.) campbells cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 c water
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3 clove garlic, minced or 3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 c uncooked long-grain white rice
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 slice lemon, cut in half

Steps:

  • 1. stir the soup, water, lemon juice, garlic and rice in a 11x8-inch (2 qrt) shallow baking dish. top with chicken. cover.
  • 2. Bake at 400 degrees F for 40 mins until chicken is cooked through. Stir the mixture before serving. Garnish with lemon.
