Steps:
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat until fragrant add the butter and garlic, saute about 1 to 2 minutes. Add the vino seco, lime juice, oregano, cumin, salt and hot sauce. Simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring until the shrimp turn pink, about 3 to 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, add the parsley and mix it in well. Using tongs remove the shrimp from the pan. Place over a serving of brown rice. Pour the sauce over the shrimp. serve with mojo sauce on this site.
