California Gold Rush Bars image

These bars are easy to make. You can substitute the peanut butter chips for butterscotch (which I like to do)if you would like.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/4 cup(s) butter, melted
1 cup(s) graham cracker crumbs
1 cup(s) chocolate chips
1 cup(s) peanut butter chips
15 ounce(s) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup(s) unsalted peanuts

Steps:

  • In a 13x9 pan, pour melted butter evenly. Mix in the crumbs with the butter and press evenly in the pan.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips, then the peanut butter chips. Pour the milk evenly over the whole thing. Sprinkle with peanuts. Press lightly.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Chill in pan on rack. Cut into bars.
