These bars are easy to make. You can substitute the peanut butter chips for butterscotch (which I like to do)if you would like.

Steps:
- In a 13x9 pan, pour melted butter evenly. Mix in the crumbs with the butter and press evenly in the pan.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips, then the peanut butter chips. Pour the milk evenly over the whole thing. Sprinkle with peanuts. Press lightly.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Chill in pan on rack. Cut into bars.
