Steps:
- Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, dressing and lime juice and set aside Slice mozzarella into 8 pieces. Slice tomatoes into 3 slices each Layer tomato and cheese slices alternately on 4 chilled plates. Sprinkle with equal parts of cilantro and basil. Drizzle liquid dressing mix over each plate. Frost with sprinkle of fresh ground pepper.
