1 (18 1/4 ounce) package cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or 12-cup fluted tube pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, flour, sour cream, sugar, milk and margarine. Beat to mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour, or until done.
