MY FAMILY LOOKS FORWARD TO MY CHRISTMAS CANDY EACH YEAR...THIS TREAT SHOULD BE ENJOYED YEAR ROUND.

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 box yellow cake mix
1 can(s) vanilla frosting
1 pkg white almond bark

Steps:

  • 1. BAKE THE CAKE AS DIRECTED ON THE BOX FOR THE 9X13 CAKE.
  • 2. CRUMBLE THE COOLED CAKE INTO A MIXING BOWL.
  • 3. MIX IN ABOUT 3/4 OF THE CAN OF FROSTING.MIX TO FORM A DOUGH.
  • 4. SHAPE THE DOUGH INTO 1 1/2 INCH BALLS.
  • 5. PLACE THE CAKE BALLS IN TH FREEZER FOR 6 HOURS.
  • 6. MELT THE ALMOND BARK AND DIP THE CAKE BALLS TO COAT.
  • 7. PLACE THE DIPPED CAKE BALLS ON PARCHMENT OR WAX PAPER TO SET UP.
  • 8. TRY DIFFERENT CAKE/FROSTING COMBINATIONS. ALSO A 9X13 PAN OF BROWNIES CAN BE USED. You could substitute a can of sweetened condensed milk or 1-1 1/4 cups of peanut butter in place of the frosting.
