CAJUN SPICED NUTS image

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons cajun seasoning or 1 1/2 teaspoons creole seasoning or 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground
2 cups lightly dry roasted nuts

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in seasoning and cayenne. Add nuts to skillet; cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Serve warm or at room temperature. Store for up to 3 weeks in a tightly covered container.
