Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces.
4 ounces of soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp powdered ginger
1 tbs dried minced onion
1/2 cup Jim Beam bourbon whiskey
1 tbls white wine

Steps:

  • Mix everything but the chicken, and white wine. Pour it over the chicken in a large bowl Cover and refrigerate (stirring often) for several hours (best overnight) Bake chicken at 350 for 1 hour in a single layer basting every 10 minutes. Remove chicken and scrape pan juices and brown bits into a frying pan. Heat pan and add the white wine, stir then add chicken.
