Steps:
- 1. Heat butter in skillet and add flour to make a roux and cook 1 minute.
- 2. Add the cabernet, beef broth, and beef stock. Let simmer and reduce by half stirring occassionally
- 3. Add heavy cream and butter whisking constantly. Stir in browning sauce. Serve over meat
