- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and chiles; cook 1 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in cabbage and tomatoes; cook 5 min. or until cabbage is wilted, stirring occasionally.
- Beat eggs; pour over cabbage mixture. Cover; cook on medium-low heat 8 min. or until center is set.
- Top with cheese; let stand, covered, 2 min. or until melted. Serve with tortillas.
