BUTTERY APPLESAUCE 0R SLICED APPLE SIDE image

I had a dozen gala apples and didn't want to make a pie,so I decided to make them into a side dish.I still needed to make something else because that was alot of apples.I decided on applesauce.Since I don't care for regular sauce I gave it a try to make my own.The sauce turned out smooth and creamy, with a buttery flavor. It is now my favorite sauce for pork and the slices a side dish.
