Butterscotch Marshmallow Bars image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup miniature marshmallow
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup , chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Melt butterscotch pieces and butter in saucepan on low, stirring constantly until melted. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Fold in marshmallows, chocolate chips and pecans into butterscotch batter just until combined. Spread in greased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not over bake. Center will be jiggly but becomes firm when cooled.
