Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425F toss squash. Place in oven for 25 minutes stiring every ten minuts untill tender. Set aside.
- Toast quinoa in a sauce pan, add onions, garlic and broth cook for 15 minutes.
- Add mushrooms peas, thyme and sage cook for an additional 5 minutes
- Garnish with walnuts and cheese
