1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup snipped fresh chives
1/4 pound Roquefort crumbled

Steps:

  • In a food processor or blender, blend the buttermilk the oil the chives and the half Roquefort for 30 seconds, add the remaining cheese and blend the dressing for 5 seconds
