3 - eggs
1 1/2 cup(s) granulated sugar
1/2 cup(s) buttermilk
1/2 cup(s) butter, melted
2 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour (heaping)
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
1 - 9-inch un-baked pie crust
16 ounce(s) can of sliced peaches, drained

Steps:

  • Beat together eggs, sugar, buttermilk, butter, flour, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon; set aside.
  • Arrange peaches evenly in the pie crust; pour the prepared mixture evenly over the peaches.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes, or until crust is golden and center does not jiggle when shaken.
