Number Of Ingredients 4

8 parsnips-about 1 1/2 lbs.
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp parsley, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Pare the parsnips and quarter. Split in half lengthwise. Place in a kettle with salted water to cover. Simmer until tender, drain. Pour melted butter over parsnips in a serving dish.Sprinkle with parsley and serve. Makes 6 servings.
