Number Of Ingredients 6

2# of Ground Chuck
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of celery salt
1 small can of drained mushrooms finaly chopped
8 slices of Pepper cheese
Your favorite BBQ sauce

Steps:

  • Mix first 4 ingrediants till well blended divide into half and use 1/2 to make 4 paddies flatten and add the pepper cheese on top and making sure if does not go all the way out to the edge... Next take the other half of the meat and make it into 4 paddies and place it on top of the paddies with cheese and use your fingers to seal the edges. Oh preheated grill place paddies and cook till almost done flipping once to save the juice inside to make it tender. when almost done top with your favorite sauce and heat a minute or two more and then remove and place on your favorits bun with toppings of your choice...
