1 lb. lean lamb, cut into cubes
1 chopped onion
2 cans consomme
2 cans white wine
one lemon

Steps:

  • Dredge lamb in flour, salt and pepper first Brown lamb meat and chopped onion. When carmelized, add 2 cans consomme 2 cans white wine juice of one lemon Simmer until meat is cooked add potatoes, carrots, peas, et al.
