BUNDT PAN CARAMEL ROLLS image

15 - 18 frozen dinner rolls
1 stick butter
1/2 c or more whole pecans
1 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla or rum extract
1/2 package butterscotch pudding mix ( not instant )
cinnamon

Steps:

  • spray bundt pan place nuts then rolls into pan sprinkle pudding mix over rolls heat butter, brown sugar until mixed . add extract and cinnamon. pour over rolls. let rise overnight Bake at 350 for 25 min or until top is browned. cool for a couple minutes, invert pan on plate and serve
