Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Salt and pepper the boneless chicken breast and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and shredded with a fork. If using a rotisserie chicken then just shred with your fingers. In a bowl mix together the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, bleu cheese dressing, hot sauce and chopped celery. Pour this mixture into a 9x9 casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes uncovered. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
