Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, Maple Syrup & Balsamic image

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 pounds Brussels sprouts
6 slices bacon
1 tablespoon Kosher Salt
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

Steps:

  • Trim sprouts and cut in half from top thru the stem. Line your baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Toss the sprouts, salt and a few grinds of pepper in a bowl, then spread them out on the baking sheet in a single layer. Cut bacon into 1/4" strips and spread over top of the sprouts. Put sprouts into a 425 oven for 20-30 minutes till bacon is cooked thru and crispy, and sprouts have carmelized and are golden or brown in color. Remove from oven, drizzle syrup and balsamic mixture over top, toss and serve warm.
