Brussels Sprout Casserole image

I made this as my creative addition to Thanksgiving dinner this year and EVERYONE loved it, even those that said they don't like brussels sprouts. It is an easy way to add another veggie to the table.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 lb fresh Brussels sprout
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cups shredded kerrygold dubliner cheese
3 garlic cloves, sliced

Steps:

  • Stem and wash Brussels sprouts.
  • Mix soup, and cheese in large mixing bowl.
  • Add brussels sprouts and garlic to mixture.
  • pour into casserole dish.
  • Bake in oven at 350 degrees until sprouts are tender.
