Steps:
- Combine chives, butter, and lemon peel in medium bowl. Bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Add brussels sprouts and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain well. (Can be prepared 4 hours ahead. Cover butter and brussels sprouts separately and let stand at room temperature.) Return brussels sprouts to same pot. Rewarm over medium heat. Add butter mixture; stir until butter melts and coats sprouts. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
