Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 F 2. Melt the butter 3. Brush cake pan with some melted butter 4. Pour bread crumbs in cake pan. Shake it carefully so that the crumbs stick to the sides of the pan 5. Beat eggs and sugar in large bowl until the mixture is fluffy 6. Combine flour, baking soda, and confectioners' sugar or vanilla in a small bowl. Stir well with no lumps. 7. Blend milk, remaining butter, and combine flour, baking soda, and confectioners' sugar with the egg and sugar mixture in the large bowl. Mix until smooth 8. Pour batter into a cake pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Stick a toothpick in center of cake. If it comes out clean, the cake is done. 9. Let the cake sit for 1 hour. 10. Please cake facedown on plate. Sprinkle cake with confectioners' sugar.
