BRUNCH FOR A BUNCH image

this is great for company. make the night before, cook & serve

Number Of Ingredients 8

6 slice(s) white bread
6 large eggs
2 cup(s) cheddar cheese, grated
1 pound(s) saugage, cooked, dranied & crumbled
2 cup(s) heavy cream
8 ounce(s) sliced mushrooms
3 tablespoon(s) minced onion
3 tablespoon(s) diced bell peper, any color

Steps:

  • Break bread slices into small pieces, spread ito a greased 9x13 in baking dish. Spread crumbled sausage on top of bread.
  • Beat eggs until light, beat in the heavy cream. Stir in gtated cheese, onion, & peppers. Pour over bread & sausage.
  • refrigerate over night. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 40 to 50 minutes. let sit 20 minutes or more.
