Broiled Tomatoes with Cheddar and Herbs image

2 units tomatoes
1 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 units oregano
1 units salt and pepper
1 units oil

Steps:

  • Preheat broiler. Slice tomatoes into 1/2 thick slices, and top with cheese. Sprinkle with oregano, a little salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and broil until cheese is lightly browned and melted. ENJOY!
