This soup is so easy just dump every thing in the pot and hey you have soup in minutes.It's very tasty my DH won't eat broccoli but he loves this.

Steps:
- Put first eight ingredients in pot and bring to the boil.
- Turn down the heat and simmer for as long as it takes for the vegetables to soften then allow to cool.
- Blend till smooth.
- Reheat and serve with the creme fraiche.
