BROCCOLI-CORN BAKE image

Yield 8 servings

Number Of Ingredients 7

1- 16 oz can creamed corn
1- 10 oz pkg frozen chopped, defrosted broccoli
½ C crumbled saltines or seasoned bread crumbs
1 T instant minced onion
2 T butter or oleo melted
1 beaten egg
½ t salt- dash pepper

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients & put into buttered, 1 qt casserole. Mix ¼ C crackers or crumbs with 1 T melted oleo. Sprinkle over broccoli-corn mix and bake uncovered 35-40 minutes at 350
